Practical guidance for keeping your store account and purchase information safe. Contact us if you notice suspicious activity related to an order.
Protect your account
Use a unique password with Clerk, keep your email account secure, and sign out on devices you do not control.
Protect payment details
Only enter payment details in the secure payment flow presented during checkout. Never send card details or security codes by email.
Recognise suspicious requests
- Grey TechStore support will not ask you to share your account password or a one-time verification code.
- Be cautious of messages asking for an unexpected transfer, gift card, or payment outside the checkout process.
- Check that you are visiting the Grey TechStore website before signing in or entering payment information.
- Do not rely on screenshots or unsolicited messages as proof that an order payment has cleared; check your order status.
Report a safety or account concern
If you receive a suspicious message claiming to be from Grey TechStore, or notice an unfamiliar order or account activity, contact us at hello@greyinfotech.com.ng. Include a description and relevant order reference, but remove passwords, one-time codes, and full payment-card details.
For a purchase problem, read Grey Purchase Protection. For account-data requests, see the Store Privacy Policy and data deletion instructions.
If you believe a payment account is at risk
Contact your bank or payment provider promptly using the contact details on its official website or card. Then notify Grey TechStore so we can review any related order.
